FedraBlaze is a fat burning supplement manufactured in the USA by Sutra Health. The product is marketed as a unisex weight loss aid and promised benefits include:

Sutra Health state FedraBlaze has been developed for people who are “committed to significant weight loss”, but other than the fact that the capsules boast a liquid centre that should be absorbed quite quickly there is very little to make the product stand out from competing blends.

What is FedraBlaze and how does it Work?
FedraBlaze is marketed as a thermogenic fat burner. Thermogenic fat burners speed up the metabolism and cause a slight elevation in the body temperature that creates an internal condition that is more favourable for the fat burning process. As extra calories are released from the body fat that stored them, they become available for use and this can provide an energy boost. The FedraBlaze formulation also contains the stimulant caffeine, which, if included in adequate quantity, should provide a further energy boost and improved levels of focus.
[info]How to Use FedraBlaze – One capsule should be taken with 8 to 10 ounces of water, twice each day, 30 to 60 minutes before eating a meal. If it is a training day one of the doses should be taken just before training is commenced.
After three days of use, if no tolerance issues become apparent, the dosage may be increased to two capsules, taken twice per day. However, it is important to leave at least four hours between doses, and four capsules should not be exceeded in any 24-hour period.
At least ten 8 oz. glasses of water should be consumed each day and a 2 week break is required after 12 weeks of use.[/info]
Key Ingredients & Blend Potential
The FedraBlaze formulation is a mix of three proprietary blends.
Each capsule provides:
- Energy blend (134.98mg): Caffeine anhydrous 99%, xanthinol nicotinate, codonopsis pilosula extract
- Heat blend (121.75mg): Green tea leaf extract, white tea, inositol hexaphosphate, evodia rutaecarpa, black pepper.
- Muscle blend (90.08 mg): Deanol acetamidobenzoate (DMAE), troxerutin, cnidium monnieri, aspidosperma quebracho-blanco, inula racemosa, white willow bark, yohimbe.
No inclusion rates are provided for individual ingredients, so effective evaluation of the blend potential is not possible, but each of the three proprietary blends is designed to work in a slightly different way.
Energy Blend
As the name suggests, this is the energy-providing blend and if it lives up to its name it will be more probably thanks to the caffeine content than anything else. Caffeine is common inclusion in energy drinks and it is included for a reason—it works. Xanthinol nicotinate is a vasodilator, so it may boost nitric oxide levels, thereby allowing the user to train harder and longer, but codonopsis pilosula is unlikely to add much to this particular blend, although it is believed to have value as cognitive performance booster.
Heat Blend
Sutra Health claims the Heat Blend can boost the metabolism and help the body “burn unwanted fat easily and quickly”. If sufficient quantities have been included, green tea and white tea could both provide such results, although green tea has a slightly better reputation for doing so. Black pepper also has potential as a fat burner, but inositol hexaphosphate and evodia rutaecarpa are unlikely to contribute much of value and may even dilute the powers of the other ingredients.
Muscle Blend
The Muscle Blend has been designed to stimulate the growth of quality muscle tissue and Sutra Health also claim it can assist weight loss by enhancing insulin sensitivity. Inula racemosa may be able to influence insulin sensitivity in the promised manner, but the rest of the ingredients are unlikely to provide such a benefit. However, yohimbe has a good reputation as a fat burner, and DMAE may provide similar benefits. White willow is also believed to be a fat burner, and appears to work best when combined with other fat burners, as is the case here.
