Semtex is a somewhat ill-advised name to give a product that targets health and well-being although this did not stop Jodie Marsh from using it to call her flagship diet pill in her range of weight management and fitness products.

Should not cause anything of a serious physical nature, nothing has been reported to date. there are however a few precautions. As the product contains a high concentration of caffeine it may cause the jitters in some users. Some users may also find it difficult to sleep it they take the capsules within four hours of going to sleep.
Expecting or mothers to be to not take, anyone with a medical history connected to heart aliments or conditions should also refrain from using.
